About Becky Blake

Little to no language.

2 days a week, 2 1/2 hours a day working with Becky. Afterwards she spoke in complete sentences in Vietnamese and in English! Went to high achieving parochial school.

Shae’s Story We first met Becky Blake in June 2008 when my son, Shae, was three years old. I was desperately searching for the right summer program for him, when I came across an ad announcing Becky as the new owner of Baby Power Forever Kids, specializing in special needs preschool.

Our son is now completely pee pee trained. He goes and sits on his own when he feels the need and even says he needs to go if we are outside and don’t have a potty accessible. Potty is a whole different thing.

Working with Becky Blake has been amazing! She was a delight to have in our home noticing everything about my child’s actions, interaction and speech. Becky explained why my son does all his repetitive activities and designed a program to help my severely autistic 4.5-year-old son.

The program targeted his sensory behaviors and speech development. His progress was immediate and quite remarkable. Seth began asking us questions and had a new interest in all that was taking place in his life.

Currently he is doing the best ever. He is saying 4 – 6 word sentences independently. His clarity is coming, but we can start making out most of his words and he repeats us a lot.

I have 3 kids – ADHD w/apd 10yrs, an SPD/SID w/anxiety disorder 8 yrs and a neuro typical kid w/150 IQ 5 yrs. We have been having lots of pressure to medicate for school. I met this woman who told me she could help, and when I was at my wits end – I finally called her.

We have been working with lucy these months, and I recorded some videos playing with her, more interactive and lovely, more eye contact, and expressive. She replayed I love you, after I gave to her a massage and told her I love you.

My daughter was diagnosed with autism when she was 2 and half years old, and her doctor couldn’t tell me there is a cure. So, at the first time, I was in shock, with a lot of uncertainty, hopeless. Then, I was trying my best to keep positive, and started to look for solutions.
